Please carefully review this Shipping and Delivery Policy prior to purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Handling Time

For USPS postal deliveries, order handling time is one (1) business day, with an order cut off time of 11:00am EST (Orders must be placed by 11:00am EST for same-day handling). We ship items Monday-Friday after 11:00am EST; and delivery times vary by your location (see below carrier services). Order cut off is the time set after which we will no longer process orders for the day. Orders received after the cut off, adds one day to the delivery estimate. If there is a delay in handling, you will be promptly notified.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING and DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Unless otherwise stated on product page, USPS Postal Delivery is available for all purchases.

Carrier Shipping Fees vary by product size, weight and your shipping address; therefore, shipping rate is determined by the carrier and available on our checkout page.


We ship our products via United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping services with the following shipping times (vary by shipping weight and shipping address):


USPS Ground Advantage Shipping Delivery Time is about 2-5 Business Days Carrier Delivery Time
USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping Delivery Time is about 1-2 Business Days Carrier Delivery Time


All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For your protection, all items will be shipped with appropriate USPS postal insurance.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.


Once your order is packaged and given to the carrier, we will send an email with the product’s tracking information.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?


If stated on our product page, we offer worldwide shipping to certain locations.

When applicable, we internationally ship our products via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International shipping services with the following shipping times (vary by shipping weight and shipping address):

USPS Priority Mail International Shipping Delivery Time is about 6-10 Business Days Carrier Delivery Time


Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs, VAT or taxes.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

In Canada, buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will generally pay these fees upon receipt of shipment. Canadian buyers may be charged additional fees upon receipt of shipment/package.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?


If preparing/packaging your item(s) for delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible, and we will advise you of a revised estimated date for shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

For your protection, all our orders are covered by appropriate USPS postal insurance. Any order that arrives broken or damaged as a result of shipping, you may file a claim with the USPS postal carrier immediately.
